Australians Can Now Experience The World of Wicked Across Universal Studios Singapore and Resorts World Sentosa

Wicked

This holiday season, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), in partnership with Universal Pictures, Sentosa Development Corporation, DBS Bank and Singapore Tourism Board, invites guests to experience something truly spellbinding. From 10 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, Sentosa island transforms into an immersive world inspired by Wicked: For Good, celebrating the power of imagination, friendship, and the enduring spirit of doing good.

The activation will see familiar destinations across RWS and Sentosa reimagined into cinematic moments from the Land of Oz. From massive art installations and themed walkways, to dazzling light displays and character encounters, the collaboration brings together storytelling and experiential design at a scale never seen on the island before.

Start Your Journey With the ‘Yours For Good’ Charm

Every good story starts with a spark—and here, it begins with the limited-edition ‘Yours For Good’ Starter Charm. Guests who purchase any Resorts World Sentosa Wonder Experiences Package or Sentosa Wander Pass will receive the charm, which unlocks exclusive treats and surprises around the island.

It’s also the starting point of the Discover Your Good programme, which features five themed experience bundles reflecting the spirit of the film: family fun, culinary adventures, retail indulgences, and behind-the-scenes moments.

The charm isn’t just a souvenir—it’s your key to exploring RWS and Sentosa’s reimagined precincts, and a reminder of the movie’s uplifting message: when we choose good, magic follows.

Walk the Yellow Brick Road Across Sentosa

The journey begins the moment you step into Sentosa Sensoryscape. The iconic Yellow Brick Road becomes a multi-sensorial pathway of sound, lights and colour, guiding guests from the Glow Garden to the Lookout Loop. Glinda’s Bubble floats above Munchkinland-inspired blooms, offering a spectacular photo moment, while a nine-metre-tall Elphaba’s Hat takes centre stage in the heart of Lookout Loop.

As the sun sets, the installations across Sentosa come alive with illuminated walkways, interactive displays and character appearances that turn the island into a cinematic playground.

A Night at Resorts World Sentosa: Where Oz Comes to Life

The adventure continues at Resorts World Sentosa. At the Lake of Dreams, the Emerald City takes shape through Limitless Lights: An Ozmopolitan Display of Music & Lights—a glowing metropolis accompanied by music from the film and spectacular lighting design.

Over at Universal Studios Singapore, the Hollywood zone is fully transformed, complete with themed décor, character meet-and-greets and exclusive merchandise. Guests can interact with familiar characters, including Glinda, Elphaba, The Wizard and the Citizens of Oz.

Inside Pantages Hollywood Theatre, The Wardrobe of Wicked brings film costume replicas and scenic recreations to life—from Glinda’s quarters to Madame Morrible’s dress. It’s a rare chance to step inside the world behind the movie.

A Celebration of Flavours Through Wicked-Themed Dining

To round out the experience, RWS presents a curated programme of themed dining and drinking across its restaurants and hotels. Guests can savour a specially crafted selection of Wicked-inspired dishes—ranging from decadent desserts to savoury indulgences that pay homage to the iconic colour palette and characters of the film. Every dish is designed to surprise, enchant and delight both the palate and the imagination.

A First-of-Its-Kind Collaboration Across Singapore

The partnership between Resorts World Sentosa, Universal Pictures, Sentosa Development Corporation, DBS and Singapore Tourism Board marks a new chapter in how destination experiences are created in Singapore. Beyond holiday entertainment, the precinct-wide transformation showcases RWS and Sentosa’s commitment to redefining the future of immersive guest experiences.

As Ms Lee Shi Ruh, CEO of Resorts World Sentosa, says, the activation is more than a celebration of the film—it’s an invitation for guests to rediscover the joy of imagination and the connections that matter.

A Holiday That Celebrates Something Good

There are plenty of holiday light-ups and festive attractions across Singapore each year. But this one feels different. It’s cinematic yet personal. It’s nostalgic yet refreshingly new. And it turns one of Singapore’s most iconic destinations into a sprawling, whimsical tribute to the wonder of doing good.

Whether you come for the installations, the characters, the food, or simply to collect that iconic charm, the journey through Sentosa promises something unforgettable: the reminder that goodness is always worth celebrating and sharing.
