Fifth Dimension expands team and presence with new appointments

Award-winning research and strategic consultancy firm, Fifth Dimension, has expanded its national and international team with the appointment of four new hires.

“Despite the challenges of an extremely tight labour market, we have recruited four outstanding  industry professionals to our business. Our new team members will increase our capacity to respond to emerging business opportunities, new client wins and significant organic growth,” Fifth Dimension, managing director, Alex Vishney said.

“Our new hires include: Mallory Pels, Om Prakash, Yin Sin Sim; and Natalie Nicolaou.

“Mallory Pels joins us as a Senior Consultant based full time in Melbourne. Prior to her appointment with us, Mallory was a Senior Partner with Klein (formerly TKP Market Research). We are excited to welcome Mallory as she brings with her a strong passion for our organisational aims along with a breadth of qualitative and quantitative experience in the retail, hardware, automotive, events, health and aged care and insurance industries.”

Pels will work on a number of key accounts.

“I’m really excited to join Fifth Dimension and am looking forward to working with such a forward thinking, supportive team with such a strong client base,” Pels said.

Om Prakash joins the team in the role of Operations Manager. He will work across the firm’s growing operations and technology team now spanning Australia and India to drive the development and deployment of custom solutions.

Yin Sin Sim and Natalie Nicolaou both join Fifth Dimension as Research Executives working with key clients in the banking and insurance sector.

“Fifth Dimension continues to enjoy strong growth. During COVID, we embraced opportunities to expand our national and international presence and as a result our team now operates from Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, New Zealand and India,” Vishney said.

“Our expanded market presence combined with our team growth continues to enable and support major new client wins across the entertainment, telecommunications, retail, property and finance sectors.

“It is an exciting time at Fifth Dimension. We have grown to 40 staff across Australia, and we are looking to fill more roles at all levels. Our goal has always been to be the intellectual leaders in research and Mal, Om, Yin Sin, and Nat will help us continue to deliver on that goal. It’s great to have them on board.”
