Caffie Energy Water Launches a New Way to Drink Energy

Caffie Energy Drink

Australia's beverage landscape welcomes an entirely new category, with Caffie Energy Water launching nationally from 1 September and giving consumers a new way to enjoy refreshment with a boost of energy.
Made with Australian spring water, Caffie is a premium caffeinated sparkling water containing 112mg of caffeine per 350ml bottle, equivalent to the caffeine in one cup of strong coffee.
Available in two full-strength varieties, Natural and Lime, each bottle contains zero sugar and under 4 calories, delivering a boost of energy with the clean, refreshing taste of sparkling water, without the syrupy sweetness or heavy flavour traditionally associated with energy drinks.
The idea for Caffie came from hospitality veteran Hugh Brown, who spent decades owning and operating restaurants, bars, festivals and entertainment venues. After years of watching Aussies navigate the same beverage choices, Brown saw that something was missing from the hospitality industry.
“People want the energy to keep going when they are tired, but they don't always want a heavy energy drink or coffee. We saw an opportunity to create something that delivers that boost while still feeling light, refreshing, and premium,” Brown says.
"We aren't trying to reinvent water or replace coffee. We have created a completely new category that naturally belongs on the table alongside great food at the start of a meal or as a premium mixer, while giving consumers better choices."
Caffie was created to complement a range of occasions that can happen throughout anyone's day, to get going in the morning, alongside lunch, as an afternoon pick-me-up, on a night out, or wherever the occasion calls for something refreshing with a little extra energy.
"We've seen premium bottled water, specialty coffee and craft beer all evolve into categories in their own right," Brown says. "We believe Energy Water is the next category to emerge and Caffie is going to lead the way."
And while Caffie is launching through hospitality venues, the idea is simple: give people a better choice.
So next time you're out, ask for Caffie.
In a café.
At a vibrant restaurant.
On a night out.
At a club or festival.
Still.
Sparkling.
Or caffeinated?
