ABE'S Bagels Partners with VEGEMITE to Launch Limited-Edition VEGEMITE Cheese Bagels

ABE’S Bagels and the nation’s beloved VEGEMITE have teamed up to launch VEGEMITE Cheese Bagels. The limited-edition bagels hit Aussie shelves this month, for the hole family to enjoy. VEGEMITE and cheese is an iconic pairing and now Australia’s favourite bagel brand is combining these much loved Aussie flavours with their delicious bagels.

This new product is the weekend brunch love-child you never knew you needed. Loaded with a whole lot of VEGEMITE and topped with a moreish hit of cheese, these mitey beauties do half the work for you - just slap on some butter! Here for a good time, not a long time, with a limited-edition run at Coles stores across Australia.

Catherine Parlane, Head of Growth at ABE'S Bagels says, "ABE'S Bagels and VEGEMITE are very excited about this collaboration, it is the perfect weekend breakfast for all the family.

VEGEMITE and Cheese is an iconic pairing and ABE’S has bought this into 2024 through our delicious bagels. These have the perfect balance of bagel chew, cheesy topping and VEGEMITE hit. We've created a bagel that stands out in a league of its own. Get your hands on this limited run, before they’re gone."

Key features of ABE'S VEGEMITE Cheese Bagels:

● Flavour Hit: ABE'S Bagels has ensured you can’t miss the VEGEMITE taste and topped this delicious bagel with tasty, cheesy richness. So good, expect a fight over who ate the last one!

● Quality Ingredients: Committed to making breakfast less boring, ABE’S has been baking Bagels for over 26 years. They have ensured the VEGEMITE & Cheese Bagel has the perfect bagel chew through using high quality ingredients, including Australian wheat and hand-topping the cheese to ensure each bagel has the perfect level of cheesy goodness. It will blow that daily slice of toast out of the water.

● Perfectly Baked: ABE'S Bagels baking process ensures each VEGEMITE Cheese Bagel is perfectly golden-brown on the outside and irresistibly chewy on the inside. But you’ll still have to toast it yourself, we can’t do everything for you…

Mary Stafford, Head of Spreads at Bega Group says, “Can’t get enough VEGEMITE in your day? This new release sees the iconic flavour duo of VEGEMITE and cheese take on a bagel-shaped twist. Better yet, it's delicious lathered with VEGEMITE for a mitey kick that tastes like Australia.”

The new ABE’S VEGEMITE Cheese bagels are available, for a limited time only, at Coles stores nationally for RRP $5.50 from 29 January 2024.
