BEARE PARK Pre-Fall 2025 at Australian Fashion Week

There’s something about BEARE PARK that instantly pulls you in—not with noise, but with a kind of quiet confidence. On Day 2 of Australian Fashion Week, as I stood by the runway with camera in hand, I felt it before the lights even shifted: this was going to be a collection about intention.

I didn’t shoot backstage this time—only the runway—but sometimes, that’s all you need. Every look that stepped onto the runway spoke clearly, and powerfully.

Tailored, But Tender

Creative Director Gabriella Pereira continues to shape BEARE PARK into one of the most refined voices in Australian fashion. Her Pre-Fall 2025 collection was a lesson in precision: sharply tailored blazers, double-breasted coats that commanded presence, and soft knits that moved with grace. These weren’t just clothes—they were statements. Measured. Thoughtful. Effortlessly cool.

What struck me most while shooting was the rhythm of it all. Each model glided with an energy that felt grounded. I could see the craftsmanship in the silhouettes—even from behind my lens. That oversized collarless blazer? Iconic. The new "dad blazer" with a compact peaked collar? One of my personal favourites to photograph.

Bridal Gets a Modern Rewrite

And then came the shift. A dramatic ivory gown appeared—strapless, mid-length, and off the body with a fluid train that trailed behind like a whisper. It was BEARE PARK’s take on bridalwear, and it stopped me in my tracks. Gabriella mentioned it was created using fabric sourced from an Australian supplier—a subtle yet meaningful detail that underlined her connection to local artistry.

In that moment, shooting felt effortless. The light hit just right. The fabric caught air. And the dress became more than a look—it became a moment.

A Touch of Sparkle

This season also introduced a sparkling partnership with Chopard. The jewelry elevated everything: clean silhouettes met the shimmer of diamonds, making each frame feel cinematic. It wasn’t overdone. It wasn’t loud. It was the perfect punctuation—refined and quietly radiant.

A Brand Built on Purpose

BEARE PARK has only been around since 2021, but the growth is undeniable. International stockists. Industry accolades. And most importantly, a clear, unwavering vision. This is a brand for women who don’t need to shout to be seen. Who lead with elegance, who move with purpose.

And as someone who spends most of fashion week chasing light, color, movement—BEARE PARK gave me something different this season. A stillness. A sense of space to breathe between each click of the shutter.

What I Saw, What I Felt

Though my role was to capture what happened on the runway, what I experienced was something deeper. It wasn’t just about fabric or fit. It was about feeling. Each look told a story—not loud, not rushed, just honest. And that’s a rare kind of magic.
