Yeehaw! The Tennessee BBQ range arrives at Macca’s

Reign in the hunger with our new range packed full of Aussie ingredients

30 April 2025: Howdy partners! Hope you brought your hunger because McDonald’s is satisfying cravings like never before with the brand-new Tennessee BBQ Burger on tour across Australia for a limited time.

Available from today, Wednesday 30 April, Macca’s is bringing the taste of Tennessee to Aussies with a delicious combination of all-Australian grown produce: smoky BBQ sauce, honey mustard, crispy golden onions, fresh salad and of course, juicy 100% Aussie beef, all on a soft bun.

Want even more? Why not try the Double Tennessee BBQ Burger? With twice the amount of Aussie beef and cheese for the taking, this country star is sure to rock your taste buds.

Amanda Nakad, Marketing Director of Menu and Brand for McDonald’s Australia said, “There’s even more Macca’s to love on the menu with the mighty Tennessee BBQ range.

“For those looking for something a little bit extra in their burgers – this one is for you, but be warned, it packs a flavoursome punch!”

Like all Macca’s burgers, the Tennessee Beef Burger features 100% Aussie beef, sourced from dedicated farmers across the country – like Edward Proudford from Narrawa, New South Wales, who has been providing cattle to McDonald’s for a quarter of a century.

“My family and I have been working alongside McDonald’s for 25 years now. We’re an 100% Aussie family providing 100% Aussie beef to Macca’s customers.”

Giddy up! The Tennessee BBQ range launches on Wednesday 30 April, and is available for a limited time only, while stock lasts, in restaurant at the front counter and via kiosk, drive thru, and through the MyMacca’s app.
