The intensely flavoured curry roux is made with a mouth-watering blend of spices including turmeric, cumin, red chilli, and white pepper. Served on a bed of fried rice with scrambled egg, this comforting dish will spice up any mealtime.

7-Select Prawn Sambal Fried Rice with Cashew Nuts (RSP $4.80): This popular Southeast Asian stir-fried classic certainly delivers a spicy kick! Featuring juicy prawns, chilli flakes from Malaysia and sambal belacan made with dried chilli and chilli paste to add rich umami flavour, this dish is a beautifully balanced blend of tastes and textures.
