Ponant has also introduced a Book with Confidence policy. For new cruises booked between 15 March 2021 and 30 June 2021 and departing before 30 April 2023, cancellations are free if made more than 30 days before departure. Anyone with a positive Covid test within 30 days of a departure can postpone or cancel without charge.  If the cruise is cancelled, 100% future credit or a full refund will be provided. Guests unable to travel due to interstate or border closures will get 100% future cruise credit.

The booking credit can be used towards airfares, onboard credit and accommodation.
