Put a spring in your step with a limited-edition Gin and Rosé High Tea Experience

Sydney’s inner-city establishment, The Gallery, invites you to enjoy a day of elegance with friends and family with a Gin and Rosé themed, Spring High Tea complete with a glass of rosé, gin and tonic or Champagne. Enjoy a reimagined and utterly delightful High Tea at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, inspired by the season of rejuvenation.

Add a dose of luxury to your day with a menu of petite sweet and savoury bites, think; gin-cured salmon crostini, wild scampi caviar, smoked chicken tea finger, chilli chutney rose cured watermelon duo, rocket, Persian feta, toasted and coconut seed crunch. Show-stopping patisserie will satisfy any sweet tooth includes; open-faced rosé-infused crème patisserie Gin & Tonic jelly, and candied lemon chess board cookie with fresh local berries. Jam and Chantilly cream, plain scone and chocolate orange scone. Complimented by flowing pots of luxe hand-picked tea, Vittoria Coffee or velvety, Lindt hot chocolate.

This Spring we looked to traditional European and English Springtime flavours of botanical gins and delicate rosé to create a fun and truly memorable seasonal High Tea menu” Executive Chef, Duncan Morrison.

The Gallery is serving three-tiered traditional high tea daily or opt for a lavish buffet-style Spring High Tea Buffet every Saturday and Sunday. Priced at $79 per person including tea and coffee. $89 per person with a choice of a rosé or gin and tonic or $99 per person with a glass of Champagne Thiénot x Penfolds.

The modern yet elegant twist on the traditional High Tea is also available for a takeaway (by pick-up only) and can be enjoyed picnic-style in the breathtaking Hyde Park or from the comfort of your home. The Spring High Tea is available now until late November.
