YepAI Emerges as AI Dark Horse, Launches V3 SuperAgent to Revolutionize E-commerce

November 24, 2025YepAI today announced the launch of its V3 SuperAgent, an enhanced AI platform designed to streamline store operations for Shopify merchants. The release represents an important step in YepAI’s growth within the AI-commerce sector and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to practical, merchant-focused automation. V3 introduces multi-agent orchestration that improves both customer interaction quality and merchant workflow efficiency.

As Black Friday and other peak shopping periods drive surging visitor volumes, many merchants are forced to hire additional customer support staff just to keep up with routine enquiries. V3 SuperAgent is designed to absorb that spike. Beyond handling frontline support, the new release introduces behaviour-based promotional targeting that surfaces in-store deals and discounts directly in the chat experience—helping merchants convert seasonal traffic into sales without adding extra headcount.

The SuperAgent introduces a refined multi-agent system that supports key e-commerce functions. It brings together three specialized AI components: a Coordinator Agent that interprets store context and manages workflows, a Customer Support Agent that responds to common inquiries, and a Sales Agent that provides tailored product recommendations and assists with cart-recovery workflows. Together, these modules create a more efficient and responsive operational layer for online stores.

A New Phase in Automated Store Management

YepAI’s V3 SuperAgent represents a shift from conventional chatbots toward more cohesive, task-oriented automation. The platform helps merchants manage routine processes such as query routing, upsell logic, and abandoned-cart sequences, reducing manual effort and improving response consistency. With one-click Shopify integration and a low-configuration setup, the system is accessible to merchants across a wide range of business sizes.

The launch follows the company’s continued expansion across North America and Australia, where demand for scalable AI-driven assistance and customer-support automation has grown significantly. YepAI is increasingly recognised for offering practical, commerce-ready AI solutions tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.

Research-Driven Innovation

YepAI’s product development is supported by an ongoing research collaboration with RMIT University, focused on lightweight network models and multi-agent system architecture. Early evaluations from the joint initiative show up to 27% faster inference and a 19–24% improvement in recommendation accuracy compared with standard e-commerce chatbot baselines. These efficiency gains reduce compute load, enhance response consistency, and contribute to a smoother customer experience.

“Our collaboration with RMIT is all about taking great research and making it useful for real merchants. If we can help stores respond faster and automate the busywork, then we’re doing our job,” said the CEO of YepAI.

With the introduction of the V3 SuperAgent, YepAI aims to provide Shopify merchants with a reliable automation framework that supports daily operations, enhances customer interactions, and helps stores scale more effectively.
