Making conveyancing in the home loan process simple

GOODBYE BUYER ANXIETY: AUSSIE HOME LOANS LAUNCHES SEAMLESS CONVEYANCING SOLUTION FOR BUYERS

Sealing the deal on your dream home just got a whole lot easier

Despite almost all property transactions in Australia being completed by a professional conveyancer, most home buyers are, understandably, unfamiliar with the process.
The role of a conveyancer involves legally transferring a newly purchased property to your name, and liaising with all the parties involved, including the buyer, the lender, your broker and the seller, to make sure your dream home can be yours.
It’s a complex process and plenty can go wrong if it’s not handled correctly and efficiently including financial penalties for delayed settlements.
That’s why Aussie Home Loans is launching Aussie Conveyancing – a new service that will radically simplify this critical part of the home buying journey for Australians and help ease buyer anxiety during the final stages of the home loan process.
Aussie Conveyancing puts the professional expertise of Settle Easy, Australia’s leading online conveyancer, directly in the hands of Aussie customers via their trusted Aussie broker.
Integrating this specialist legal service directly into Aussie’s broker platform saves buyers time at the pointy end of buying by providing quick and easy access to a conveyancer without having to look for one independently.
With Aussie Conveyancing, anxious buyers have complete visibility through the home loan process, with real-time notifications sent every step of the way – just as you would expect while waiting for a package to be delivered.
Chief Product Officer, Travis Tyler, says the conveyancing process has been needlessly complex for buyers for too long.
“During people’s biggest purchase, and at the critical stage, most home buyers don’t know what’s happening or what’s expected – it’s not a good experience. With Aussie Conveyancing, we’ve taken this fragmented part of the home buyer journey and made it completely seamless.
“From the initial contract signing and deposit, through to settlement, our customers who use Aussie Conveyancing will have support every step of the way,” says Travis.
When customers choose to use Aussie Conveyancing, the fee includes three free property contract or documentation reviews – such as strata, building or pest reports – to make sure the property they’re considering is the right one for them.
Aussie Conveyancing includes round the clock support with a “lead” and “supporting” conveyancer assigned to each transaction. The new service will be available in Victoria and Tasmania from 2 December and nationally from early 2025.
