In an Australian first, leading developer EcoWorld International Australia has partnered with Scarisbrick International to provide residents of its Yarra One project with a 6-star luxury service that operates 24 hours a day, known as ‘Lifestyle One’.
 
Located in South Yarra on Claremont Street, the Fender Katsalidis-designed project reached completion in mid-December with residents already calling the development home.
 
Through Lifestyle One, residents can sign up via a monthly subscription fee in order to gain access to premium services at the push of a button, including onsite butlers, hair stylists, personal trainers and more, all within the comfort of their own home.
