Furthermore, Elm launched 'Absher' platform and its smartphone app, in addition to its 'Intelligent Inspection' service, 'Estihkak' platform, 'Khibrah' platform, as well as the 'Muqeem' and 'Yakeen' services for the Smart Government field.
