Future lies in the hands of children and children nowadays are surviving from sleep deprived. It is the duty of parents to take care of the health of children and give proper guidance on health. Then you must not forget checking on their sleeping habit and daily routine. On the other side, an adult needs only 6 hours a day that is all about difference.
