Montreal, Canada — August 29, 2018 — WorkJam, the global leader in Digital Workplace technology, announced that its customer, Target Australia, has won the prestigious Innovation Champion of the Year Award at the National Retail Association Awards hosted in Melbourne, Australia. The award recognizes the retailer that has achieved the greatest innovation over the last 12 months.

“We are thrilled to accept this award which recognizes Target’s commitment to support a digital retail landscape. We have actively been working on leading edge technology in our Supply Chain and store infrastructure, but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to better engage with our greatest asset, our people,” said Stewart MacDonald, Head of Simpler Stores at Target Australia. “Our collaboration with WorkJam has enabled us to become more effective in our communication, build a more engaged team across our store fleet and has opened the door for further innovation that will mean Target is an employer of choice for the future.”

WorkJam has been transformative for Target Australia which is the reason Target’s innovation is being recognized by the retail community. From increasing knowledge-transfer across teams to improving collaboration, communication, and productivity, employees are now more engaged than ever before, which is helping the organization drive down costs and drive up sales.
